  • Finance professionals with expertise in accounting (CA/CPA) are sought to oversee financial planning and management.
  • Candidates with legal, risk, and governance experience will guide the entity in fulfilling its vision and ensuring effective oversight of its future activities and services.

Apart from their professional expertise, the ideal candidates will possess high-level communication, advocacy, and stakeholder management abilities. Relevant governance qualifications (AICD) and experience in large and complex organisations undergoing significant change will be highly regarded.
