Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a strategic sourcing and procurement system across the Group to support a fast-growing and evolving business.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage contract negotiations to secure favourable terms.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.
  • Oversee the vendor management system, ensuring Group accessibility and efficient information sharing.
  • Optimize supplier setup processes, purchase order management, and payment approaches in collaboration with Finance Control.
  • Implement robust supplier due diligence and reporting processes to support sustainability targets.
  • Develop automated reporting frameworks and tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.
  • Track and report on the optimisation of the benefits being delivered using data visualisation tools and dashboard reporting.
  • Establish strong governance and control frameworks for procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities and supplier relationships.
  • Lead a team providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Manage resource allocation and prioritise projects based on strategic priorities and business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and experience within financial services, Saa S industries, or a related field is highly preferable.
  • Extensive leadership experience in strategic sourcing, procurement management, or a related field in a complex, matrix-style organisation.
  • Solid understanding of risk governance principles, strategic sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Robust understanding of IT ecosystems, supplier landscapes, and their operation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
