The HUB24 Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to develop and lead the strategy, operating framework, and team to deliver a centralised and integrated procurement function.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement a strategic sourcing and procurement system across the Group to support a fast-growing and evolving business.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage contract negotiations to secure favourable terms.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.
- Oversee the vendor management system, ensuring Group accessibility and efficient information sharing.
- Optimize supplier setup processes, purchase order management, and payment approaches in collaboration with Finance Control.
- Implement robust supplier due diligence and reporting processes to support sustainability targets.
- Develop automated reporting frameworks and tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.
- Track and report on the optimisation of the benefits being delivered using data visualisation tools and dashboard reporting.
- Establish strong governance and control frameworks for procurement and vendor management processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities and supplier relationships.
- Lead a team providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritise projects based on strategic priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and experience within financial services, Saa S industries, or a related field is highly preferable.
- Extensive leadership experience in strategic sourcing, procurement management, or a related field in a complex, matrix-style organisation.
- Solid understanding of risk governance principles, strategic sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Robust understanding of IT ecosystems, supplier landscapes, and their operation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
