Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our quality management initiatives globally.

This strategic role will oversee the development and execution of quality assurance strategies, championing a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

  • Quality Strategy Development

  • Compliance Management

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, and at least 15 years of experience in R&D, quality assurance, reliability engineering, or testing in technology or manufacturing environments.

A strong background in Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems is highly desirable.

This senior leadership role will require leading diverse teams across regions and influencing stakeholders to champion quality at every stage.

About the Role

This position involves:

  • Developing and enforcing robust quality policies, procedures, and standards
  • Implementing TQM, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to foster a strong quality culture
  • Ensuring all products and systems meet defined specifications, safety regulations, and customer expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management
  • At least 15 years of experience in R&D, quality assurance, reliability engineering, or testing in technology or manufacturing environments
