Job Description
">- Deliver a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
- Provide support to the care home across a wide scope of activities, including preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works, landscaping and garden maintenance, general repairs and waste removal.
- Oversee, maintain, assess and provide recommendations on replacement of assets as required.
- Assist in the management of Property Services projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Formal qualifications or relevant skills training/experience in property maintenance and building works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in occupational health and safety.
- The ability to solve problems independently.
