The Role

As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by providing high-standard property services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver repairs and maintenance support across various activities, including preventative maintenance, repair, and improvement works.
  • Maintain a physical environment that meets residents' preferences and is neat, comfortable, safe, and hazard-free.
  • Oversee, maintain, assess, and recommend asset replacements as required.
  • Assist in managing Property Services projects and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Formal qualifications and/or relevant skills training or experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • The ability to solve problems independently.
