About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at GPT Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance and property management of 3 of our premium office assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver leasing strategies to drive business growth and maximize returns
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including cash flow and asset valuation
  • Act as key interface with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property management
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and deliver on asset strategy, including project-based initiatives
  • Oversee building matters, including maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, including deal analysis and retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, with a focus on leasing and asset strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems
