Job Description:
This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Incident Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management Practice, you will be responsible for leading the resolution of high-priority incidents and problems, ensuring effective process establishment, and monitoring incident resolution within agreed scope and timeframes.

In this role, you will work closely with technology group subject matter experts to research and develop strategies for resolving incidents. Your excellent facilitation and communication skills will enable you to negotiate and influence outcomes, while your technical leadership skills will guide a team of direct reports in the incident and problem area.
