About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our hospitality team at a 102-bed aged care facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and personable reception experience for residents, employees, guests, and visitors.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and resolve queries.
  • Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents and their family members.
  • Welcome new residents and assist them with settling into their rooms.
  • Facilitate communication between residents, families, and other roles within the facility.
  • Utilize technology to support residents and communicate with applications, systems, and display areas.
  • Respond to resident feedback and complaints, ensuring they feel heard and resolved.
  • Coordinate external activities and events for the facility.
