Workshop Administration Opportunity

McCosker Contracting is a leading civil construction company offering diverse services to various sectors.

This role involves day-to-day administration activities for the workshop and interacting with workshop leaders and stakeholders to achieve business goals. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Processing employee timesheets
  2. Managing daily activity sheets and work orders
  3. Establishing, controlling, and maintaining effective filing systems and records
  4. Providing general administration support to the workshop team
  5. Performing other relevant duties as required
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience

Current Queensland Driver Licence

  • Construction Card (white card)
Skills and Qualifications

Intermediate experience in MS Office and Adobe systems

  • Experience providing efficient administration support to leaders and teams
  • Ability to work effectively within established systems and procedures
  • Capacity to input data and maintain accurate records within set timeframes
  • Capability to produce and maintain documentation with high accuracy
  • Knowledge of the civil construction industry
