Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, management, business ownership, leadership within a professional retail environment.

  • A strong communicator who listens, inspires, and leads with intelligence and empathy.

  • A positive mindset, willingness to learn and share knowledge.

  • An analytical mindset, confident with interpreting KPIs, business metrics, and financial data.
  • ">
  • Proven success in managing teams and building long-term client relationships.
  • ">
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • ">
  • Experience in retail and luxury goods, preferably in the retail jewellery sector.
