Senior Building Consultant/Team Leader Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Building Consultant/Team Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong technical expertise in building consultancy work, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert advice on building repairs and related matters.
    • Conduct thorough building inspections and translate findings into detailed technical reports.
    • Manage various projects, including coordination of forensic investigations and development of scope of works and cost estimates.
    • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of sound technical experience in building consultancy work.
    • Strong commercial and business sense.
    • Excellent client relationships and communication skills.
    • Leadership experience or aspirations.
