Overnight Public Area Attendant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Public Area Attendant to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional hospitality services, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of designated areas.
  • Assist teammates in maintaining a safe and clean workplace environment.
  • Ensure facilities look their best using proven cleaning methods and adhering to safety standards.
  • Follow schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Public Area Attendant or Room Attendant.
  • Flexibility and availability to work a 7-day rotating overnight roster.
  • Enthusiasm with an eye for detail.
  • Proven experience operating cleaning equipment.
  • Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct handling.
  • Strong communication skills.
