Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure as a service, platform operations, and application support.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the deployment, updates, and lifecycle of cloud infrastructure and hosted SAP solutions.
  • Creating scripts and facilitating automated deployment processes.
  • Designing and implementing essential SaaS applications and management components.
  • Configuring monitoring tools for applications, security, and compliance audits.
  • Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise to resolve service delivery challenges.
  • Offering extensive troubleshooting support and solutions for application issues, including batch jobs, data storage, application functionalities, management layers, and load balancing.
  • Planning and executing the integration of new systems.
  • Delivering operational support as the application subject matter expert for 24/7 systems, including participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications You Should Have

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting technical infrastructure in a cloud environment at an enterprise level or in business application operations.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, and GIT.
  • Experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in directory services.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
  • Support for troubleshooting and system performance initiatives.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for scheduled maintenance, which may include weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services such as Route 53, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, ACM, KMS, VPC.
  • In-depth understanding of infrastructure components like firewalls, load balancers, storage, monitoring, security, IAM, etc., and experience in orchestrating cloud solutions.
