About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Operations engineers to provision and maintain SAP Cloud solutions. You will also build strategic partnerships with internal decision makers to ensure business critical and innovative outcomes are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resources to ensure business critical and innovative outcomes are successfully achieved.
  • Build action plans and make operational decisions on policies, tactics, and resources critical to the function's business success.
  • Accountable for annual goals established for the team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of working with the Australian Security Standards – ISM, PSPF, and DSPF.
  • Sound professional experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Acts with sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and political awareness.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, anticipate challenges, and seek to proactively head-off obstacles with mitigations and contingencies.
