  • Job Description:

    This role is responsible for designing and delivering tailored risk education programs, promoting risk awareness through engaging communication strategies and learning tools, collaborating with leaders to embed risk behaviours into planning and operations, measuring and monitoring risk culture maturity, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Strategic communicator and educator with a passion for cultural change; tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field; strong experience focused on risk in a learning, or organisational development role; proven experience in developing and delivering education programs in risk, compliance, or governance; strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
