Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, driving growth, and fostering a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team office management processes, providing consulting operations activities as required, responding to queries, maintaining documents, processes, tools, and reporting to support the effective and efficient operation of our Consulting business.

About this Role:

This pivotal role is instrumental in driving growth for our company by delivering a compelling customer experience to our Consulting teams. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role, previous exposure to accounts payable/receivable and finance, outstanding attention to detail, coupled with excellent self-directed problem-solving and analytical skills, highly developed communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels, and be proactive, motivated, and resilient with a desire to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team office management processes and requirements
  • Provide consulting operations activities as required
  • Respond to queries and provide support to Consulting Team members
  • Maintain documents, processes, tools, and reporting
  • Support the maintenance of a modern Consulting Portal for the Consulting team to access content to support them in their roles
  • Maintain the integrity of project data across the various Consulting Operations systems
  • Work closely with Finance and Consulting to ensure invoicing is accurate and issued in a timely manner
  • Ensure systems, processes, and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiencies
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate with project office experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Previous exposure to accounts payable/receivable and finance
  • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
