Job Title: Site Supervisor

About the Role:

Lendlease is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large projects and possess strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and time requirements
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction activities
  • Develop and manage short-term programs to monitor project costs and oversee project QA and EHS requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large projects
  • Over 5 years' experience managing large-scale building projects, services, and civil works
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organise teams and work effectively
