Job Title: Luxury Boutique Hotel Room Attendant

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Hunter Valley. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring that all rooms are prepared for arrival, including linen, towels, toiletries, and any other amenities required
  • Managing supplies and inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful as a Room Attendant, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
