Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solutions designer to join the Platform Hosting & Engineering team as a key member, providing infrastructure technical expertise to the business and guiding the design and implementation of cloud and on-prem solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong infrastructure solution design skills spanning Operating Systems, Storage, Virtualisation, Networking, Firewalls and security practices, as well as knowledge of Kubernetes, Databases, and AD.

Responsibilities
  • Develop quality infrastructure solution designs using AWS/GCP, VMware, Backups
  • Implement, support and troubleshoot solution delivery
  • Liaise with network team to provide requirements and alignment of designs
  • Provide technical direction to projects
  • Work with Hosting to uplift capability within Infrastructure
Requirements
  • Strong infrastructure solution design skills spanning Operating Systems (RHEL/Win), Storage, Virtualisation, Networking, Firewalls and security practices
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Databases, and AD
  • Functional familiarity with Cloud platforms
  • AWS services including EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM
  • Excellent technical design processes
  • The ability to support and plan projects
