  • Dirigir i coordinar equips globals per a realitzar projectes de gestió d'inversió.

Responsabilitats:
Definir objectius estratègics claros i convincent entre els diferents departaments
Trobar camins innovadors per reinventar l'estratègia actual de manteniment de carteres/clients existents
Dedicar-se al fet de construir plans anuals d'investigació 4-6 mesos, amb estrictos cronometratges integrals

Experiències recomanables:
Experiència en el sector financer
Lideratge de grups globals de professionals experts a nivell internacional,
Confecció i implementació de programes de capacitació interna d'una empresa líder mundial.

Preferible si ha treballat en el sector financer en algunes branques (Santander, BBVA), amb funcions similars a llocs iguals o inferiors i no superiors, doncs és important per poder arribar llest per a iniciar una etapa d'excelencia. Treballar sense dedicacions fixas, d'alguna manera barrejant agilitat amb eficientia amb continguts econoamics.
