As our business grows, so do opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands on finance manager, who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a standalone, hands-on role, we see this business unit function growing rapidly, providing opportunities for growth as you lead the development of this finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and inter-company transactions
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting with clear, insightful commentary on performance and variances
Manage cash flow, including weekly forecasting and reporting
Prepare board packs with financial analysis and insights
Ensure accuracy and integrity in all statutory and financial reporting requirements

About YOU:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance and/or accounting role
A recognised professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
Strong expertise in management accounting, budgeting, and reporting
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels
Commercial acumen and sound judgment in financial decision-making
