Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients

  • Documenting and reporting any changes in clients' conditions
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in providing personal care and assistance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies
  • Technical support skills related to implementing and managing care plans
  • Empathy, patience, and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
