About the Role

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic retail team, where building strong customer relationships is the primary focus. As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will provide personalized solutions to ensure customers find the perfect product for their needs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the store's visual standards, assisting in day-to-day operations, and working across a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail sales, particularly with higher-priced or premium items (preferred but not required)
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and the ability to work with sales systems
  • Physical fitness for handling stock and moving around the store
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service
