Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping customers find the perfect gift or treat for themselves during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  2. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer care.
  3. Product Knowledge: Complete in-house training to gain a thorough understanding of our products, policies, and procedures.
  4. Operational Tasks: Assist with stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, achieving sales targets and delivering results-driven performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Show a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and maintaining a high level of quality standards.
  • Flexibility: Willingly adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
