About this role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with departments to deliver effective people and culture services while driving learning and development initiatives across the organisation.

You will be instrumental in coaching managers, enhancing organisational capabilities, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. With your expertise, you will contribute to the development of high-performing teams, manage employee relations, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will also be responsible for identifying training needs, developing impactful learning and development programs, and fostering an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective people and culture services
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic support
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure onboarding best practices
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs
  • Coordinate a yearly learning and development calendar
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and tailored development solutions
  • Provide advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management
