Drive Salesforce Transformation

The role of the Team Leader Platform Delivery is to drive North East Water's roadmap for enhancing the Salesforce CRM and Aptumo Billing Engine.

This involves providing leadership and support to the Platform Delivery team, partnering with customer experience and urban growth leadership teams, technology vendors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and experience in the administration of a Salesforce CRM or an equivalent enterprise technology platform.

They will also have experience using a software version control system, managing IT changes and releases, leading small teams of technology analysts, and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement North East Water's roadmap for enhancing the Salesforce CRM and Aptumo Billing Engine.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Platform Delivery team.
  • Partner with customer experience and urban growth leadership teams, technology vendors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Support digital and customer experience teams, build a culture of continuous innovation, and execute transformation initiatives and product functionality.
