  • Industry Insights: Stay informed on market trends and suggest enhancements to promotional tactics.
  • Performance Analysis: Lead comprehensive sales evaluations and engage with stakeholders to boost category outcomes.
  • Growth Identification: Pinpoint expansion opportunities within service settings and aid in optimizing offerings.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for the category.

New Product Insights:

  • Gather and evaluate data to inform decisions regarding new product introductions.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements through documentation and updates.
  • Support compliance within clinical departments as necessary.

Adverse Event Support:

  • Assist clinical teams with managing adverse events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in category support within retail or service sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service is beneficial.

Core Competencies:

  • High proficiency in computer skills with meticulous attention to detail.
