The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and team management, with experience working in private practice and mental health settings. They will be able to provide clear direction and effective communication to the clinical team, and work collaboratively with the intake team to ensure smooth client referrals and allocations.
A key aspect of this role is supporting the growth and development of our clinicians, through regular supervision and coaching. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining governance systems, operational reporting, and conducting safety and quality audits to ensure compliance with legislative and ethical standards.

- Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology

- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Approved Board Supervisor (or willing to obtain training)
- Strong commitment to workplace culture, collaboration, and quality client care
- High-level verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
