In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Neurology and the Alfred Brain Program. This will include diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence, as well as developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to support the efficient operation of the department.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and provide exceptional administrative services to support the success of the program.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Neurology and the Program Director, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skill, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
