**The Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alfred Health. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Neurology and the Program Director, Alfred Brain. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Neurology and the Program Director, Alfred Brain
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage diaries and calendars
- Assist with enquires and correspondence
**Requirements:**
- Personal/Executive Assistant or General Administrative experience, ideally in a health setting
- Strong computer skills with proven experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
