**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as a Coordinator.

The role involves leading a team of educators and working closely with the school principal to ensure the service operates effectively, promoting a collaborative team environment that showcases leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to children's strengths, interests and abilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks, such as the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Frameworks.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Leadership experience in the education industry or Early Childhood Service OR BOTH.
  • Relevant Qualification in childcare or teaching - Certificate IV in Outside School Hours Care, Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience in OSHC or ECE setting.

**Essential Skills:**

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of inclusion and implementation of educational programs.
