As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Director in the development and management of the M3R program, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing successful delivery of assigned tasks within the M3R project.
  • Being a key point of contact for stakeholders in assigned tasks.
  • Keeping stakeholders up to speed with progress in delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Ensuring coordination of capital project activities across other business units and program groups.
  • Ensuring cross collaboration across BU functions including drawing in APAM SMEs as required to support Project Delivery.
  • Ensuring projects are being progressed to meet APAM requirements in delivery of benefits.
  • Playing a key role in engagement of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalating issues/matters for direction as needed.
  • Monitoring the project teams to ensure the brief and scope are being delivered.
  • Ensuring tasks and activities are being progressed to meet respective commercial agreement targets.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualified with experience in planning, development, and delivery of projects in the Built Environment.
  • Aviation and airfield program/project management experience desired.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Strong financial/commercial acumen including development of business cases and financial appraisals.
  • Ability to produce results within a given timeframe.
  • High level of motivation and proven experience driving project outcomes.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate at all levels of organizations.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve, providing solutions to the business.
