Bar Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced bartender to take on a supervisory role at our Robata Japanese Grill in the heart of Melbourne CBD.

As a Bar Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage a profitable bar, develop your leadership skills, and express your creative flair through innovative cocktails and beverage selection.

Our unique beverage menu features Japanese-inspired cocktails, sake, shochu, whisky, and more. You will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to create seasonal cocktails using unique products and ingredients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a profitable bar operation
  • Develop leadership skills and motivate team members
  • Create innovative cocktails and beverage selection

Requirements:

  • Experience as a bartender at high-end venues
  • Stocktake involvement preferable
  • Wine and sake knowledge advantageous
