Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Clerical staff member to join our team in the Specialist Clinics department.

  • The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service, clerical and reception duties, while striving to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • They will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, providing a range of specialist services to patients from the community.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Year 10 level English written and spoken
  • Knowledge of patient management systems (iPM, CPF, EMR)
  • Computer competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Advanced telephone skills and clerical skills
  • Ability to provide quality customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
