National Tanker Operations Executive

We are seeking a seasoned National Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our tankers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tanker management, project coordination, and leadership.
About the RoleThis critical position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tankers. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing fleet performance, forecasting maintenance needs, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Oversee tanker maintenance processes and project management.
- Develop and manage procurement of new tankers and stationary tanks.
- Ensure efficient delivery of re-horsing program for existing tankers.
- Collaborate with engineering team to review tanker design and performance.
- Develop technical documentation and specifications covering all tanker requirements.
- Considerable experience in tanker maintenance within industrial gas or LPG industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering discipline highly desirable.
- Practical experience in project or maintenance management involving bulk vehicles.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics, focusing on risk management and governance.
- Demonstrated experience with CMMS-MEX an advantage.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Well-developed process mapping and report development skills.
