Director of Nursing Relief Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Relief Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and professional nursing leadership for remote health services.
  • Shape clinical and corporate governance, and provide coordination of service delivery, human and material management.
  • Expertise in healthcare team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management.
  • Deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
  • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
  • This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
  • A period of probation may apply.

Benefits:

  • Isolation bonus: AUD$3,500 for 1 year, AUD$10,500 for 2 years, and AUD$7,000 per year after that.
  • Base salary ranges between $152,448 and $163,311 p.a. (Nurse Grade 9).
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
  • Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual.

  • Staff accommodation or private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.
