About the Role

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a skilled Supervisor/Assessor to join their team. As a Supervisor/Assessor, you will manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite assessments, reporting, and quoting for repairs
  • Establish the scope of works and liaise with a broad trade network
  • Allocate and schedule work throughout your repair portfolio
  • Provide timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Oversee trade activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met

What You'll Bring:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Must have at a minimum a Cert IV in Building and Construction
  • Experience supervising or managing multi-trade construction sites
  • Intermediate computer literacy (experience with estimating/project management software is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and OHS standards
