Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our eCommerce Product Team as Product Managers. This is a 12-month secondment/max term contract opportunity within the eCommerce Complex Squad working on our Core Product offering.

This role involves driving product development and enhancement of our core products, ensuring compliance with policy and customer needs. You will lead continuous improvement across product features and processes, monitor the competitive landscape, and identify emerging product trends.

As a Product Manager, you will manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and external vendors. You will translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps, aligning business and technical teams around shared objectives.

You will oversee Level 3 terminal certification processes and terminal migration projects, prioritizing compliance and user experience. You will also collaborate with government and regulatory bodies to develop compliant solutions and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to eCommerce or payments
  • Technical eCommerce or merchant acquiring knowledge
  • Experience with Agile project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Risk mindset
