Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead digital transformation projects, focusing on Health and Change Management. As a key member of our team at FTI Consulting, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness.

The role involves working on digital transformation projects, embedding yourself in the project team and gaining hands-on understanding of solutions being delivered. You will develop executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans, design and develop change and communication plans that drive desired change and buy-in across stakeholder groups.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations & transformations, designers, architects, cyber, and clinical experts, plan and facilitate client workshops, and work on client site to immerse yourself into the problem space and become a trusted team player.

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects
  • Passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes
  • Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope
  • Understanding of digital technologies, such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and industry best practices within health and human services
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with agile tooling, such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft ADO, Miro, etc
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience
  • Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible)
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving
