We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our womenswear design team. This high-impact role will provide a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction of a key department within a dynamic brand.

This position involves designing and developing evening and occasionwear dresses with a focus on elegance and sophistication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for feminine silhouettes and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing women's wear dresses, focusing on evening and occasion wear
  • Collaborating with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and cohesion
  • Researching current trends and incorporating them into designs
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in designing women's wear, preferably with a focus on dresses or occasion wear
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
  • Strong sketching and technical skills, including knowledge of fabric and construction techniques
  • Excellent understanding of fashion principles and aesthetic concepts
