Womenswear Design Expert

We seek highly motivated individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality designs that meet customer expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and execute design strategies to create commercially viable product ranges aligned with brand vision and margin targets.
    2. Build strong relationships with Merchandise Planning and Buying teams to ensure range balance across core, seasonal, and specialty products.
    3. Communicate design concepts and technical specifications with suppliers and overseas agents.
    4. Prepare and present detailed design briefs, seasonal ranges, and creative concepts in collaboration with the Design team.
    5. Identify key trends, product innovations, and design rationale.
    6. Ensure that product ranges are appealing to the target customer while balancing creativity with functionality and wearability.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Experience in a Design role demonstrating ability to develop successful collections.
    • Proven track record of building well-rounded ranges considering core, seasonal, and specialty product lines.
    • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives ensuring design concepts align with brand strategy and business goals.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills resolving design and production challenges ensuring smooth development processes.
    • Self-motivation, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement.
