Store Maintenance and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised professional to oversee new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and ongoing maintenance across the store network.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you coordinate end-to-end store projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders including centre management, shopfitters, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate entire store projects including openings, refurbishments, relocations, and maintenance
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as centre management, shopfitters, designers, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage project documentation, briefs, layouts, and scopes of work
- Oversight of design, construction, and defect management
- Identification of cost-saving opportunities while managing budgets and approvals
- Promotion and upholding workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within building or retail construction
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
- Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and approve expenditure
- A proactive mindset with ability to juggle multiple priorities
