About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and a consultative approach to service. Your goal will be to ensure customers have a delightful and exciting experience with Beaumont Tiles, while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct efficient follow-ups with customers
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks
  • Maintain the overall look and feel of the store

About You

We are looking for a motivated and positive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, as well as experience in retail sales and related industry experience. You will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
