Electrical Supervisor Leader

The successful candidate will lead construction teams delivering major energy projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe installation, replacement, and maintenance of power poles and associated equipment.
  • Manage crews to achieve high standards for safety, efficiency, and project performance.
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and client representatives to coordinate works effectively.
  • Monitor progress against schedules and provide regular reporting to site management.
  • Support team members to maintain high performance and a strong safety culture.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Have a Current Driver's Licence (HR preferred).
  • Hold a High Risk Work Licence (EWP advantageous).
  • Possess a Certificate III in ESI – Distribution or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in supervising pole and line construction projects.
  • Previous FIFO experience beneficial.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug & alcohol screen.
  • Two contactable professional references.
