Key Responsibilities- Direct the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and client representatives to guarantee seamless workflow.
- Manage crews to maintain exceptional performance and foster a strong culture of workplace safety.
- Mentor team members to promote their growth and skillset.
Requirements and Qualifications
- OHS Construction Card (White Card).
- Current Driver's Licence.
- High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogging/Rigging advantageous).
- Certificate III in ESI - Distribution or equivalent qualification.
- Proven supervisory experience in pole and line construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
