Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of inventory across our stores.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience by providing them with a seamless shopping experience. You will achieve this by maintaining accurate inventory levels, executing replenishment and stock-to-floor turn around processes efficiently, and adhering to strict visual merchandising standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in inventory management roles with high-volume retailers is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Execute replenishment and stock-to-floor turn around processes efficiently
- Adhere to strict visual merchandising standards
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets
