Service Express Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Express Agent to join our team at The Westin Melbourne. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the hotel's switchboard, handling guest calls and messages, and connecting them to the relevant department or extension.
- Process guest requests, including room service orders, wake-up calls, and other services.
- Assist guests with accessing hotel amenities, such as the fitness center, pool, and spa.
- Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in property management systems.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
