Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to coordinate the movement of liquid milk across our supply chain.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing short-term supply plans, monitoring inventory levels, and building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short-term supply plans for liquid milk products.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to align with demand and minimize costs.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Own and optimize daily production and supplier capacity models to maximize utilization.
  • Contribute to strategic milk planning, portfolio rationalization, and service improvement.
  • Lead inputs into the S&OP process, acting as a key contact for Supply Review.
  • Manage wastage and write-offs within defined business targets.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Planning, or similar.
  • Strong supply chain systems knowledge and analytical capability.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
