About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead our swim school team at Belgravia Leisure.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the swim school and related services, ensuring the delivery of programs to the highest standard possible.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aquatic programs, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia standards
  • Develop and implement processes for the success of the GOSwim Program
  • Drive financial performance and achieve set KPIs, including number of schools attending the program, retention of schools, and NPS scores
  • Manage budgets and prepare required reports
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, with demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

You will possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability, and be able to run swim classes in the absence of a swim teacher.

Qualifications
  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificates (desirable but not essential)

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
