Retail Leasing Executive Job Role

Job Overview:

A highly skilled Retail Leasing Executive is required to secure new tenants, manage renewals and re-leasing strategies across a portfolio of retail assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Field and manage all leasing inquiries and transactions.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, execute leasing deals, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement re-leasing strategies to maximize gross income and minimize vacancies.
  • Analyze market trends, tenant performance, and contribute to centre planning initiatives.
  • Negotiate existing leases to achieve optimal outcomes for the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and improve asset performance.

Candidate Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing or shopping centre environments.
